Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Voluzion (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Permitted use

The Platform is provided for lawful B2B commercial outreach purposes only. You agree not to use it for:

  • Contacting individuals who have objected to receiving communications
  • Sending unsolicited marketing to consumers (B2C cold outreach)
  • Any purpose prohibited by UK GDPR, PECR, or the DPA 2018
  • Scraping, reselling, or redistributing lead data to third parties

3. Data compliance responsibilities

Voluzion is the data controller for lead data held on the Platform. When you export data, you become a data controller for the records you hold and are responsible for complying with all applicable data protection laws, including UK GDPR and PECR, in your outreach activities.

You must honour any opt-out or objection communicated to you by a data subject and must not contact individuals who have requested erasure.

4. TPS / CTPS compliance

Phone numbers flagged as TPS or CTPS registered must not be used for unsolicited direct marketing calls without the individual's prior consent. Voluzion provides TPS status as a convenience; you are responsible for maintaining your own TPS screening obligations.

5. Account security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

6. Limitation of liability

The Platform is provided “as is”. Voluzion makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of lead data. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform or the lead data.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who breach these terms, particularly those who misuse lead data or repeatedly violate data protection obligations.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
